The tours and ticket assistance provided by Tony were incredibly helpful in planning my daily activities. the tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, and the sitting area in my room provided a cozy space to relax. the free toiletries were a nice luxury touch, and the electric kettle made it convenient to enjoy a warm beverage. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the free Wi-Fi was a useful amenity. the off-site car park was convenient for those driving to the hotel.
